    Here I go..(again)

I followed Atkins 2 yrs ago and lost about 70lbs but have gained about 35 back and wasn't totally at my goal when I lost the 70 so I am going go start induction again today. I picked up the bad habit of diet pepsi the last few months and am suffering a killer headache already (today is day 1), and no caffeine so I am tired. I just hope I can really stick to it, I've tried "restarting" so many times since I really fell off and it's been a tough battle. So wish me luck! Anyone else just starting recently?

I started on 10/31. Can you imagine all I candy I missed out on.

Anyway, Welcome back. I'm really thankful for finding this message board to keep me accountable everyday.

I know I'm not doing Induction by the book but I've already lost 1 inch and I"m very excited about losing more with the help of

Welcome to our ADBB family, missymiss
Good luck withstanding the caffeine withdrawal cravings.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
