    Well here it is week two again and all is going well

    I am down at least 5 lbs judging from the way clothes are fitting now sure just how accurate my scale is so will not rely on it to judge weight loss. but last time I checked I was down from 223 to 213, but as I said depending where thescale is sitting on the floor my weight can differ by 5 lbs.

              Congratulations!!!

              Might I suggest that you get a tape measure and keep a log of your measurements? There are times when scales aren't showing a loss (I know you're not going by yours, but still) but the tape measure shows inches lost. It's another way to keep track of your progress...
