  • Feeling Cold

Ever since the third day of Induction I have been freezing. Even when I put my thermostat up to 24 degrees Celsius I just feel so cold and chilled inside. Did anyone else experience this with Induction?

Oh Betty - I envy you living in Florida for the heat. I live in Nova Scotia and today I find it so cold and rainy. Yesterday it hailed.

Thanks 2big, I'm a lot happier about being too cold now.

I've been cold for over a year now...and I live in Southern Arizona!!! I'm hoping that someday my inner thermostat will reset itself.

Gosh, I welcome feeling cold. When I was heavier, I always felt inexplicably hot all the time and it used to make me feel so self-conscious!

I have always thought it was the cold water I am drinking because no other time do I feel like I do when I am drinking cold water constantly.

I'm cold all the time too as the weight has fallen off. It's 10 degrees here this morning and I'm considering wearing gloves in the house LOL

I'm really susceptible to cold now too! Bf (who weighs 11 is always telling me it's because I'm so skinny...lmao..
But seriously, it's weird after always being the one who was too warm! When I moved to the coast I'd see people in jackets and sweaters and I'd think that with the humidity here I'd melt inside those. Now I'm getting ready to go, putting my layers on!

I am the same - always was in short sleeves even in winter!!
Now I was pleased to wear my long sheepskin coat just to walk down the road to the post office!!

Got to be the 100 + pounds of insulating blubber I have lost!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I have been FREEZING lately! I have not lost that much weight, so I think it is my cold water, also. But it takes a lot of calories to heat up that water inside you and filter it through...so at least when I'm cold I know I'm still burning calories!
