  • the end of the 14 days

    Hi everyone hope u are all well started the induction about 4 weeks ago, did really well the first week and lost 6 pounds. Then cheated and went on and cheated for another week lol So i restarted the induction and im at the end of the 2 weeks ive lost 11 pounds and feel fantastic and have loads of energy and luckily no urge to cheat.

      congratulations firewoman on your weight loss and your return to your induction roots. sounds like you have really nailed induction. move on to owl and buy a yummy spaghetti squash. its heavenly!

            Way to go, hanging in! a lot of people never try again. Think of how much of an inspiration you are to others!

              Congrats on your 11 pounds! Don't be afraid of OWL. Lots of us are successfully losing weight that way too..and broadening our food choices.
