  • Induction, almost 2 weeks, still no energy, anyone else?

    Hello everyone.

I'm into day 11 of the induction and the weight is just dropping off at the moment, in fact I'm having a hard time believing how much I'm losing.

About a week into the induction I started taking a carb smart one a day multi vitamin but still I feel tired and generally have no energy all day long. In fact I feel like I could sleep 12 or more hours a day.

    Any thoughts?

check your metabolism with an endochronologist or metabolism specialist.

Also, make sure you get enough regular sleep every night.

You might need other vitamins. B complex is good for energy (so I have heard)

I also recognized that I have not had any change in energy even though I've been doing this almost 3 months.

My doctor thinks my thyroid might be off even though my family doctor thought it was normal.

We have not yet discussed treatment. I was just there yesterday and he wanted to run another set of blood work.
