true cream cheese is very acceptable it shoud be on your list of foods inchapter 11.

your Brats willdepend on the fillers in them if the ingredients aren't on your list then no you can't have them.

I'm pretty sure Johnsonville Brats have either corn syrup, dextrose or some other form of sugar in them. I know I've looked at them at the supermarket, and put them back on the shelf because there was something unacceptable in them.

I concur...almost every time I look at brats and sausages I tend to put them back because they've got corn syrup, dextrose, starch or other unacceptable thingies in them. Trader Joe's (If you have one near you) does carry some that are okay. The trick is to browse the sausage sections of stores in your area and take the time to read the ingredient listings of all of them.

Oh...and when you eat cream cheese, be sure to not go over your cheese limit for the day...

          JoAnne,

Is the cheese limit two, three or four ounces on induction? I have never gotten that one right.
