    Is Corned Beef Ok On Induction?

    Started Atkins 1/1/05 @ 185.5

    Currently trying to restart 185.0 @ 5 foot 1

    high weight/current weight/goal

    200.2/185.0/135.0

    Goal is to be at goal weight before Disney Trip in May!!!




    FINAL WEIGHT GOAL: 135

    I my weight is up and I am not feeling good about myself!

    I would say so, but it's like bacon in that it has nitrates and lots of sodium? Watch that part!

      Read the ingredients. Some corned beefs contain dextrose (sugar) or dextrose solids (sugar). Others don't.

          Most of the corned beef I have found has had some sort of sugar in it. I find sausage to be the same
