Anyone have any ideas for shrimp? The only way I have made them is by mixing it with vegetables, soy sauce and cauliflower (rice) any other suggestions?
THanks!

Tonight we're eating leftovers - I've got a bit of everything that needs to be eaten up, so it's "Fend For Yourself" night.
There's left over broiled porkchops, chicken broccoli alfredo, and steak. There's leftover spaghetti squash, salad, and broccoli. Mix and match to your delight. LOL
Shrimp: I do a shrimp/chicken/bacon mix that my family scarfs down like there's no tomorrow. I cut up a pound of bacon and 2+lbs of chicken into bite size pieces and throw it all in a pan and cook it up together with 1.5TBSP of minced garlic, and liberal sprinkling of montreal garlic chicken, and some parmesan cheese. Once the chicken is cooked through, I drain the grease and add pre-cooked froze shrimp to it, mix it all together, and viola. - It's awesome on it's own, as a topping for salad, in omelettes, etc.
Tonight I'm having a cauliflower casserole (not as horrible sounding as it sounds. II dump a bag of frozen cauliflower into a microwave safe dish. Nuke it until it's hot. Then I cut the cauliflower into semi bite sized pieces. Toss it with 1/4 cup of heavy cream, a chopped jalapeno pepper, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and about 2 ounces of grated cheddar cheese or swiss cheese. I top the cauliflower with sauteed ground meat or leftover cooked meat (in other words, whatever I have). Put it back into the microwave and cook until everything is hot and the cheese is melted.
I think it's Crock Pot City for us tonight - large chunk of moo with veggies. I'm pondering putting in some chopped up squash to see if it makes a decent potato substitute.
I get my shrimp from either Sam's club or Costco. I get the already peeled kind. Nothing can beat fresh Gulf Coast shrimp, though...YUM!!!
Tonight is a leftover night for me as well...I am either going to have some beanless chili or steak and broccoli.

I have a class tonight, so I'm stopping by my favorite 'mom-and-pop' burger joint for a double burger with lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, green peppers, Swiss cheese, and mayonnaise (no bun of course!)
