If it is pill form, usually the amount is so miniscule that it won't matter (especially if there are no fillers or added flavorings). Still, if you are wondering what the carb counts for herbs and spices are in the 'nude', I hope this helps!
Chromium is a mineral. You have to read the bottle and see what the nutritional info is. Many pills/tablets contain cornstarch or some kind of grain starch as a vehicle for the pill.
I don't know what Vitex is, but again, read the bottles or ask the pharmacist for help.
I knew the Cinnamon was as soon as I posted that reply (I don't know what I was thinking)! Fenugreek, I did some research and found it was recommended for blood sugar, so I didn't know it's used in cooking.
