HI all.
I have the book and re-read it a few times, I am on day 5 and following it properly i think., its been like this........
I have eggs,bacon or omelletes for breakfast with a cup of tea (splash of semi-skimmed milk 2 splenda sweetners)
For lunch so far has been small salad with unlimited chicken or prawns or beef, bit of cheese and caesar dressing or mayo
Dinners
Roast beef, cauliflower, green beens.
cheeseburger & salad made with 100% beef burger
roast chicken and veggies with chicken stock
Ive also been snacking on cheese and pepperoni through the day but not in large quatities.
The things is im not sure if I should be adding up my net carbs, or how to. I know that having 2 cups of salad veggies and 1 of vegies thats my carbs Im allowed and If having the odd cup of tea with milk or a coffee will be making a huge difference
I havent got any of the lts strips but so far ive lost 4lbs so i think its working.
Any advice, ive been dieting my whole life and been a failure on ww, slimming world, ect ect. Guess I cant get used to eating nice food again without the guilt aftertaste
