had a horrid day at work, stressfull
had small piece of chocolate cake, which turned into having a few of the kids sweets and 2 bars of choclate penguns when i got home
this was my last day on the induction wk and i had done so well and lost 5lb in the last 14 days
Now im even more stressed
feel a failure
do i carry on tommorow as induction?

Thinking that you've blown it might set you up to just go off the diet. What you think is more important to your diet in this sense than what you eat. Because if you shrug it off, come back onto induction for a couple more weeks to get solidly back into ketosis, you'll be way far ahead of where you'll be if you give into the train of thought that self-criticism will take you.
