  • Hmm day 5 and ....

    Have not lost or gained a pound ! lol Last time I did atkins I was down 7 lbs the first week .. so a little concerned that something is amiss. I am doing a clean induction with the exception of one cup of black coffee. I am in Ketosis and have been since at least Sat. Drinking water like a madwoman ect ..lol

    Need a little reassurance as the holiday approaches!

    STAY OFF THE SCALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Give it the 2 weeks and then try weighing or even better measure.If you are in ketosis, all is well.
    There are lots of reasons you may not show a scale loss, TOM Loss of inches first, or your body adjusting to all the water you now drink. Dont worry!

          remember nothing will ever be the same and the best thing for you to do it to totally forget you ever did Atkins before and jumped off. Just be thrilled at what wonderful foods you can eat on this weight loss plan, be thrilled at your appetite control and be thrilled that on day 15 you are going to be a healthier lighter and smaller person.
