Re: Sleep
Everyone seems to have their own unique experiences with Induction from all the changes that have happened in their diet.
I found that I slept even better because a LOT of my aches and pains disappeared (probably due to being properly hydrated for the first time in my life)
Some folks find they have a surplus of energy....everyone is different.
As with anything, if this goes on for a long time, talk with your doctor.

Re: Sleep
I'm the same way as you. I haven't slept a full 8 hours since I started this in Nov. It started out that I tossed and turned all night. Then I woke up every 2 to 3 hours. Now I'm starting to sleep until 5:30am and then... BOING! I'm awake. I think as time goes by it will get better.Originally posted by shirleyhonI dont sleep much! I have been sleeping 4/5 hours. But, I don't feel tired during the day either. So as long as I feel good during the day I'm not going to worry about it.
I've talked to others who have the same problem and they say it's normal.

Re: Sleep
When I did induction, I had a slightly different situation.
I would wake up every hour and have to go to the toilet!!
Talk about your water loss! But then again I did weigh 473 pounds!
Now that I am doing Atkins for a while, I find I don't require as much sleep as I used to.My ADBB Journal here.
