Pizza can be surprizingly Atkins friendly. Eat the toppings off the crust. But just make sure you are staying within your daily cheese allowance.
Don't just sit at your desk right while they are gobbling that pizza down and clogging their arteries! Get up, run the stairs, do sit ups beside your desk, anything to burn that fat off your body and build your muscles up. A better body has more long term rewards than a few minutes of pizza.
i was just kidding about the pizza, i wasent even thinking of eating it! I just think it is so funny how temptation is around EVERY corner. About the water... Thanks for putting me straight. If I would of just looked back in the atkins book i could of found the answer i needed. thanks girls!
