    Hi!!

    Well, I am coming to the end of day 2 - and to be honest, I am feeling a little tired now. I know that the Induction Flu is probably near, so i am holding on tight to this WOE.

    I did have a question though:
    For induction should i stay away from Salami? And Strawberrys are totally out of the question heh?

    Read your label! All types of sausage/salami out there. Some are ok. Be careful of the sodium if you tend to retain water.
    Strawberries get added on as you climb the OWL ladder.
    I have found that if you up your water it can lessen the effects of induction flu. Flush it out of your system!
    YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!

      Thanks for the reply.
      Yeah, I have been drinking like a fish (assuming they actually swallow while swimming) - I will be happy once I know i am in Ketosis and then can feel the pounds coming off!!
      I will have a close watch at the food labels too!!!

        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          Hi Richt!!
          Well, day 4 and i am feeling much better. I am tending to get a little hungry at times, but there is nothing new there - so I have waited a little and then tucked into some induction friendly snacks.
          I must say that i am already feeling quite good. I went back to work today, and there was no 3pm dodgy spell of feeling tired - I just kept drinking. I must have had around 15x 600ml bottles today!! Is it possible to have too much water!???
          The one thing i am a little annoyed with is that i havent started my excersise plan as yet. I guess at the back of my mind i am thinking that it may get too hard - and I dont really want to jeopardise this WOE so early. I think i will just have to go "softly softly"!
          I am craving potato chips like crazy though!! Arrrgghhh!! Where's the cheese?? LOL!!
