I began today. So far I had a 2 egg omelet with cheese, onion, and hamburger in it and a little bit of salsa on top. According to Fitday is was 5 Net carbs total. I also have drank 41 ounces of water so far.
I weighed and measure and am VERY disappointed with the results, but it was worth it to have my little angel. I'm going to be extra careful about my b/c pills this time around. I don't want another pregnancy to ruin my progress.
As far as exercise....I won't be beginning any until at least tomorrow. I have to get permission from my doctor to resume the exercise since my c-section. Hopefully I will be allowed tomorrow!
I'm setting some mini-goals this time around. My first mini-goal is to be able to complete Walk Away the Pounds the 1 mile walk again. While pregnant it got too hard.
Anyway. I wanted to post about how my day is going so far. I've got a great attitude toward this. I'm ready! I'll update again soon!
