franks red hot sauce

has anyone used franks red hot sauce on induction? I want hot wings but am not sure if this is okay. and I love kraft blue cheese. Are there any suggestions?

Franks is okay, but be sure to count the carbs.

http://www.calorieking.com has a nutrition counter that lists Franks.

I love Frank's!! I use it often on my grilled chicken salads with blue cheese dressing to make a buffalo chicken salad. It is soooo good on everything! And at 1 carb for 2 tbsp!
