  • Using Internal Flush

I am starting the 14-day Induction tomorrow. Today I was going to start a Internal Flush. I'm wondering if it is ok to continue on with the Flush during the 14-day Induction.

I'm not sure what an internal flush is and what it does and what it is made up of.

An Internal Flush is a complete Intestinal Cleanse...the one I'm taking is all Natural.

Well Atkins is very much like an intestinal cleanse in itself.

These things do absolutely nothing for you. Your intestinal system is a finely balanced organ which does NOT, contrary to what the advertisers would like you to believe, need to be flushed, cleansed or otherwise drained. Unless you have internal thrush or something like that your insides are quite clean, I assure you. Everything that goes in your mouth has gone through within 24-36 hours. Just stick to healthy fresh foods on your Induction and you'll be fine. Don't waste your money!

I've done a flush once or twice, and ended up feeling dehydrated and tired instead of cleansed. Forget about it. Start with induction instead.

I have to agree. I've tried 2 of these "flushes" and they've done absolutely nothing for me. Nothing changed, I didn't feel better, cleansed or weigh less. It was a huge waste. The one thing I recommend is acidophilus which seems to help me stay regular, it clears my skin up and helps with digestion. Here's a handy website for more information:

              http://www.acidophiluseffects.com/

              It's much cheaper too!

                  Welcome Luvs2wyn!

Eat from the induction list. Drink all your required water, start an exercise program, I prefer to walk for my exercise, and take a multi-vitamin without iron.

Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life. You will become healthier as the days pass.
