My roommate gave me this thing called Nature Made Fiber Clear. Its 3 grams of Dietary Fiber and under Sugars it reads 0 grams.
The ingrediants says Digestion Resistant Maltodextrin with a *. And the star says "adds a trivial amount of sugar"
My question to you is, should I take a fiber suppliment? How much should I take? It says to take 3 Servings a Day which one serving = 1 rounded teaspoon.
