i have not been hungry at all. But this my question. i have a bad sweet tooth, but so far it has been at bay. i know we can only do splenda right so tell me if i can do this recipe on induction. sugerfree jello (that has the splenda). 1 cream chesse,1 cup of hot water, and i was thinking of 1/2 cup of heavy cream beat till it was like cool whip. mix all chill.. i know this would keep all cravings of sweets away. thanks

Re: sweet to eat
Although the ingredients are induction legal - except that 1/2 cup of cream is far too much in one day as a regular thing!! - by making desserts you will be feeding your sugar monster! A bit like trying to smoke only one cigarette a day to 'help' you to give up smoking!!
Try eating a highfat snack instead, letting your body know that if it is hungry it will be fed but not by sweets!
Many of us have found that by not eating sweetened foods during induction we have defeated our sugar monster.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: sweet to eat
If you have heavy cream, make sure to limit this amount to no more than 3 ounces per day, as per the text. Cheeses are limited to 3-4 ounces per day. As for the sugar-free JELL-O? While it is technically permitted, it may stall some - so, just keep that in mind!Sheila, Founder of SugarFreeSheila.com
