I just wanted to say before I decided to start Atkins I did a ton of research to be sure it was something that I felt I could really stick with and hopefully get positive results. I planned my meals and shopped for all the foods I would need before actually starting my first day. I made sure my family understood how important this is to me and that this is not just a wim, it's a reality and they needed to support me which they really are-- BUT-- even with all the information I got during my research, there is NOTHING like being able to go on this website and actually talk to people that are doing what your doing!! When your questioning yourself you have someone to turn to for advice because they have been there or are there right now with you!! So Thank you to all!!

Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

You are so right!
It is so much better to know there are other people who are doing the same thing and going down the same road. It is a lifeline and helps you know what to expect and to answer questions that come along.
And there are so many personalities on this board that you are sure to find someone that you can bond with and enjoy your journey into Low-Carb Land and better health.~Kat

Your right. This is an awesome board. The Admins are nice, the MODS are cool, but ADBBs success is folks just helping folks. The newbie gets help and then turns around and helps someone even newer. You guys are what makes this board great and I am proud of all of you.
