Yes the correct percentages are 65%fat, 5% carbs and 30 % protein. You will get it right, it just takes time.

    Welcome!!!

...and I forgot that I have drank enough water to take a bath in! What about sugar free Kool-Aid?? I LOVE that stuff and would give me a little more variety since I gave up my diet Dr.Pepper . Thanks everyone so much

Depends. If SF koolaid is made from aspertane then its not recommended. Also, rules are that you drink your water plus other liquids. But giving up Dr Pepper was great cause I think that stuff is poison.
Post your menu Lupie, what did you eat that pushed your carbs so high?

For breakfast I had 3 boiled eggs, lunch was 1 slice of turkey ( I just couldnt stomach it) cup of lettuce, cucumbers and greenpeppers ( no salad dressing ..I dont like it) and for dinner it was a cup of green beans and 5 thin boneless pork chops. Probably to many huh lol

Did you know you can post your fitday account url so people can look at the food entries and help you better?
You have to click on the 'home' tab and scroll right down to the 'make my journal public' button and you will be given the url to post here.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
