    Back after Healthy diet nightmare

    Hi all,

Well after a sojourn into so called healthy eating thanks to a nutritionist, I am back and half a stone heavier. Bah!
I know I can do it though as I had a great success before.

Glad to be with you all again. You are such an inspiration.

Yeah. My doc once wanted me to go see a nutritionist (he gave me his wife's card). I'm like "but I want to lose weight". lol Well, you're back now and you'll lose that weight in no time.

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
