    Newbie w/ Induction Q's

Hi! This forum seems awesome! I started Atkins 4 days ago to try and lose weight over a year after having twins. I have been doing great and even lost 3 1/2 lbs, but I think I messed up tonight.

I ate edamame and miso soup - just an ignorant mistake. Will this knock me out of kitosis? How long to get back? Will it slow my weight loss?

Thanks for any guidance and knowledge you can share.

yes it will slow your 14 day induction lose but you just go forwardf and remember don't eat it till you know the ingredients and if they are legal for your phase of Atkins cause once they are in you can't undo it. your ttoal pounds lost on Atkins for the first 14 day which is used to determine your CCLL and your metabolic resistance level wii be wrong but you know it will be so you just don't use those and be careful in OWL figuring out your true CCLL.

Thanks for the good advice and honesty. Hopefully I can get back to ketosis quickly. I've been good since that slip-up.

Hey Lauren- another twins mom! Mine are also girls: Sasha & Amanda. S was 5lbs 13 oz and A was 4 lbs 9 oz at birth. Now they are robust toddlers and mom over here is ready not to be so robust any more!! So when does life get easier? Are your girls competitive w/ each other? Are they friends & do they have the same friends? Frat. or ID? Mine are fraternal.
