Actually I don't know-we are going to a catered b-day party and I have NO idea what they are serving-I wonder if I should eat before I go.
It might be better if you did eat ahead...that way you won't be starving and more tempted if the food isn't Atkins/Induction friendly.
I am having steak and broccoli....my favorite!
