  • I need a CRUNCH!!!

    Can anyone tell me what I can eat to give me that crunch that I miss so much?? I tried the pork rinds and I just cant do them but I need something to be able to scoop my taco meat or tuna salad with!

      try crunchy veggies like jicama or you can use some of your flax from rule 12 to make flax chips with not2lates recipe or cheese chips by nuking some sliced cheese until it is bubbley and slightly browned all over.

        You can also make them in the microwave. I make the cheese crisps with just plain cheese.

                  Try this for tacos--I do it all the time and it works wonderfully! You can break the cheese pieces up into chips as well.

                      not2late invented it and all you do is mix equal parts flax meal and water usually 1 T if you haven't been eating flax and are not in OWL rung 3 yet. spread it out thin on a piece of parchment paper ( some folk grease a plate) and nuke till dry as it cools it will get very crispy. I make 3 chips with one T of flax seed meal. you can flavor it with some spice like garlic or onion powder or hot pepper. some folk sprinkle them with cinnamon.

                        Holy Cow ! I almost flipped my lid. Whata Neat Idea for taco shells !!! I AM DOIN' IT TOMORROW AS WELL. I am so excited ~ I am all giddy now. Thanks alot !!

                          Wow....I have made the tiny little cheese chips before, but never as big as a taco.....and my Boyfriend makes a killer Chili to go in the tacos....YUM!
