  • Proud of myself....

Well this is my 3rd time back on Atkins, and i'm on day 7 of induction. Yesterday was a family gathering and of course there was cookies and bars, one of which was my fave!!! and i wasnt even tempted!! i walked past them, had a glance and walked away. Now i love my choclate has always been my downfall, but i was so proud i didnt even have a nibble. 7 days completly cheat free heres to another 7 cheat free!!!
Returning to Atkins. I'm currently 196lbs, my goal is to lose 35lbs however long that may take.

I am a work in progress

Wow, that's awesome. Each and every one of those hurdles that we clear gets us that much closer to reaching our goals. Way to go!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Congrats on overcoming that HUGE hurdle, Chrissy!!!! Sometimes it's even harder when family is around b/c sometimes a relative will say, "but I worked so hard to make this for you." *sigh* All I gotta say is DON'T GIVE IN!!!! What's that old saying, third times a charm?? Keep up the good work!!
