    Hello everyone I just wanted to mention that today I will be taking my daily trip to the gym. I will be getting weighed and measured wish me luck! I will post everything on tuesday!

    Good for you! Keep up that exercising and eating your Atkins and you'll be looking forward to getting those measurements.

        I weigh in Every Tuesday 4 pounds down so far...(started Jan 3rd) also its my TOM, so all considered I'm very pleased..
