WOW can't believe it.. I had bought these REALLY REALLY nice size 0 jeans, just waitinnggg to be able to fit into them... and today I WORE them. I couldn't believveeee it! and i got soo many compliments (on the jeans Lol) but u are what u wear
I am so happy! Atkins works everyone..! for any newbie or whoever needed that incentive.
I am only on my 15th day. I cheated, i fell of the wagon several times, i got off track. But climbed right back on. I believe Atkins is a lifestyle not just a weight loss program. ANd I am glad that I lost some of the weight I wanted to with it, But I still have some stomach and arm to get rid off...
And I want to continue with Atkins. So don't judge and say u were skinny to begin with ... why did u go on a diet.. ur too young.. etc etc. i did this for my self and I am so glad i did..
apart from losing weight, i learnt sooo much. i didn't even know how the body's metabolism worked before this. i learnt about food labels, and what i really put into my body. i learnt abt the role of carbs, fats proteins, the importance of anything that i eat and so much more.. and for me, if nothing else, that wud be an accomplishment.
im moving on to slowly adding more starchy vegetables and the 5 g carb increment. thanks for always being here... i gonna be stickin arnd so dont say bye! Lol
