Afternoon everyone. Im on day2 (for the first time
) I joined here this morning after lurking for weeks and joined FitDay today as well. Ive got the book and Ive read most of it. (the last few chapters about maintenence etc are what Ive skipped. cant afford to get excited about the future yet lol).
So heres my questions-
Diet Rite pop. I had 2 cans lastnight after my 100 oz of water. Am I correct in counting that as 2 Carbs AND 2 of the Splenda for the day?
Carbs amounts- Ive found different carb amounts for products everywhere I look. FitDay gives one amount, the two spreadsheets (which are fab!) here on ADBB give different amounts, and the book gives another one as well. Which do you go by? Yesterdays food I used the book and the spreadsheets and the packaging on the food itself. I plugged itinto fitday today and the amount was different. Stillunder 20 but different. How do you know what one to use?
I have Kraft Monteray Jack cheese- the package says 0Carbs for one ounce. I know they can say zero so long as its under0.5g. I had 2 ounces last night for a snack. should I count that as 1gCarb then to be safe?
I feel great after 1 day. Headache yesterday almost all day (no morning caffeine, even my one piddly cup). Im trying to learn when Im hungry. I have a habit of snacking immediatly after work and then again after dinner when watching TV. Might have to buy a coloring book and crayons to keep my hands busy. (cant knit or sew or crochet so that might do the trick!)
