I'm a newbie, on day 2 and have a question.
So, most of your daily 20 carbs come from vegetables (one 2 cup salad and 1 cup of accepted veggies). Then you get 2-4 ounces of cheese, about 1 carb each in my case. So, by the end of the day, I've used only 9.3 carbs (eggs for breakfast too). How do I use the rest? Can I have more vegetables? What can I do? More cheese? I am confused on how else I can use more carbs if I'm hungry?
