    I am all smiles

    I was weighed and measured on Tuesday and I am happy to say I only lost one pound. I explained to my trainer that I wasn't really worried about my weight since I drink soo much water, I do free weights and cardio 5 times a week. I just wanted to know about my inches! So she whipped out the measuring tape and low and behold I lost 6inches in my waist and abdominal area. I was so happy I even put on a size medium shirt today!!!!! So watch out world I am shrinking away!!

                          She knows it now. I told her I really want to know about inches because I am doing atkins, she replied "Whatever your doing keep up the good work! ". So she knows!

                              Oh good for her!!! A lot of trainers are so inundated with the calorie-in calorie-out theory that they don't give other diets a try.

                              Sounds like you picked a great trainer!

                                  Fantastic!!! We (read "me" here) can get so focused on the scale that we forget about the measurements, so this is very encouraging! Keep up the great work!
