    well thnx for everyone's advice.. i found out that i just got my period and i'm bloated so i think this is also one of the reason im not really losing any weight.. hopefully by the end of next week theres good news for me... and yea i've had a fully physical test and my doctor already know about my diet, he also recommended me of some pills but i stopped it, i was also in weight watchers because he also recomended it but i stopped after a week. so everything's good for me for now... thnx for everyones support and advice...

    please help me not to quit this diet. i've done almost 20 diff. diet and even took some pills just to lose weight but i just really haven't been too serious i guess. but im turning 16 this year and i really would like to look great and prove to people who put me down that i can do it, i can lose weight and look amazing... i need some confidence and support.. thanks

      Hello Bianca
      It is good to know that you are working with your doctor's approval and supervision as all of us especially teenagers should do.
      BTW we have a special 'teens' forum here too where you can meet others in the same position as you, and discuss any specific problems that apply to people of your age you might be finding in following the WOE.
