  • Today is the day

So i finally started my induction today, finally. SO far i've only had breakfast because my husband works nights(4pm-6am) so we're on a screwy schedule. We normally wake up around 2pm and i go to bed between 2am and 4am. So i had breakfast at 3:30pm.

    2 large fried eggs
    2 tbs butter
    3 slices of bacon
    1 cup sliced tomatoe
1 slice monterey jack cheese(which has 0carbs, do i still need to count as 1 carb unit? fitday didnt count any carbs for it.)
37 oz./ out of 100oz. water so far

So anyways i was sitting at the table with my husband eating breakfast, and thinking wow, im really depriving myself(sarcasm) I'm full, i got to eat good food, and i still stayed within the induction guidelines(i think). I hope everyday goes this good and i keep this same attitude.

i did however have a question about my vitamins, i had made a previous post about how i have to take the chewable flintstone vitamins because i have a hard time swallowing pills and it seems to be the only way i take them. But i was reading the back of the bottle and they contain aspartame as a sweetner, does anyone know about another non-pill multi-vitamin that i can take that is safe for induction? Thanks

some folk are not effected by aspartame. just 25% of the folk who complained about being stalled while drinking soda sweetened by it were.

i really dont want to take any chances, lol. but i'm sure the amount of aspartame in one little vitamin cant be that bad. I suppose taking the vitamin with aspartame would be better than not taking the vitamin at all right?
