last night started with an awful sore throat and today its worse. I want to steer clear of the throat lozenges (sp?) so am i ok to use say the liquid cough medicines you can buy? i'm in 2nd week of induction

from what i remember in the book it says that most cough syrops are all sugar- and actually i just read somewhere that there was a study done on them and most of them dont have enough medicine to do anything anyway, unless they are prescription.
do they have syrops sweetened with splenda? if not i would stick to the lozenges- sugar free.[url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wjuHGvk/]

There should be syrups and lozenges made for diabetic people available.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
