  • i think i may have messed up

    Ok i am on day 4 and I may have done this whole thing wrong after doing a bit more research.this is my basic routine here the last few days.
    I do have coffee with splenda only bout 1 cup
    breakfast just eggs with butter
    lunch either chicken or burger patty with onions and slice of chz
    dinner either veggies and a meat or salad and a meat.
    snack either slice of swiss chz or can of plain tuna
    olive oil to cook with
    also i think i messed up the other day i had squash and zuchini

    i have gained my will power but realize some of these things i should not have done so i would like any advice from anyone did i mess up???
    Also I drink 1 gallon jug of water daily.. is that plenty enough..? Thanks Yall











    These goals maybe pushing it but I am gonna give it my all.

    Re-Start Date: March 31, 2008

    Starting Weight: 265 lbs. Highest ever!

    Goal Weight: 175 lbs. (as of now)

    Goals:

    1)April 30th- 250 lbs.

    2)June 9th- (My 35th Birthday)225 lbs.

    3)July 29th- (Parents 36th Anniversary)199 lbs.:dancing1

    *To be under 200 lbs for the first time since I was a teen would be the best gift I could give them.

    I remember you r zuchinni post.

    Why don't you get a free www.fitday.com account and you can log your foods and see if you are missing anything or eating too much of anything.

    right ioff the top you need to spread the veggies our to all meals

    think of it like a carb your body will run best on Atkins octane ( 65% fat30% protein and 5% carbs) in induction and just like a car will not be running smmothly if you give it low test one meal and high test another meal.

      thank you I think i am joinin fitday today I have heard alot about tit in here.Also,Do u think I am drinking PLENTY of Water.I drink a gallon a Day.?

        The rule of thumb with water is to drink 64 ounces a day PLUS an additional 8 ounces for each 25 pounds you want to lose.

          that will depend on your weight and your activity level and the temp to determine if you need more or less. Checkout our FAQ on water and why it is important to weigt loss.

          With a gallon aday and eating induction discuss with your doc what supplements you are going to need. I needed potassium but not the calcium many other inducces need.
