Well i've finally got myself into gear to start this WOE. Thought it was the best thing to wait until i got home and got all my shopping in and i'm doing alright so far. The cravings will probably get to me soon, but i'm gonna keep at it! I'll keep on posting to let you all know how i'm doing.

Welcome Katsy,
You can do this!!! Don't give in to the cravings and it won't be long before you don't have them anymore! There are lots of good snacks you can have. Look through the recipies section.

Hi Katsy! This is day 2 for me...had my first BAD cravings but though about how HOT im going to look this summer at the beach! Anyways I made it through and you can do the same...GOOD LUCK!
