Ok Yall dont laugh but i have a serious question how much chicken is to much chicken to eat in on day on Introduction...?

These goals maybe pushing it but I am gonna give it my all.
Re-Start Date: March 31, 2008
Starting Weight: 265 lbs. Highest ever!
Goal Weight: 175 lbs. (as of now)
Goals:
1)April 30th- 250 lbs.
2)June 9th- (My 35th Birthday)225 lbs.
3)July 29th- (Parents 36th Anniversary)199 lbs.:dancing1
*To be under 200 lbs for the first time since I was a teen would be the best gift I could give them.

also how much garlic is allowed i really love muching on roasted garlic with olive oil

Well - garlic doesnt appear on the vegetables list for induction, only as a herb - so I imagine we are not supposed to eat very much of it, just as much as you would eat other herbs for flavour.
According to www.fitday.com, 1 clove of garlic is 0.7 carbs!! I couldnt find a carb count for the whole bulb. So you would need to count those carbs in your total, which would limit you to only a few cloves a day if you are going to eat your 3 cups of vegetables, eggs, cheese and sweeteners AND stay under 20 net carbs a day.
As for chicken, Dr Atkins doesnt give a maximum amount for the meats/fowl/fish we are allowed to eat but he does say we should eat till we are no longer hungry - not till we are 'stuffed'.
So once you are no longer feeling hungry you should stop eating and put any leftovers away till you feel hungry again.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

you are asking some of the same questions I ask how much protein is too high? the answer depends on your total cals. We are supposed to eat our fats at 65% and our proteins at 30% of our total cals so use your new fitday and see how much chicken you should be having based on your other foods at meal time. Then you need to remember we only eat enough food to satisfy our hunger so if it takes 3 bites or a whole chicken that is the right amount for you at that time.
Dr Atkins was very high on garlic as a nutrient power house so enjoy it as part of your herbs and spices but remember the 3 cups of veggies need to be the majority of your carbs,
