Im having a problem with my appetite, I'll eat a square meal and my tummy says im full but my head still says im hungry, then i start thinking about sugar and carbs. I'm eating more now then i ever had. I used to just eat 1 meal a day and snacks. I need some mind over matter solutions or something. Cravings aren't my friend!!!!Has this happened to anyone else?
In case anyone wants my menu, i'll put in what i had for breakfast:
2 large eggs
2 oz monterey cheese
1/2 cup tomatoes
3 1/2 strips bacon
Water
I thought this was alot and i was full after but my appetite wanted sugar!! I will not give in!!!


I usually drink water with my meal, but maybe ill try drinking a whole glass afterwards. Thanks!! Glad i'm not alone, evil sugar!!!


Thanks for all the advice, i did start a journal tonight i needed to keep my hands busy. Ill try adding more butter. I was afraid i was going over on my fat allowance, i like my ceasar dressing and that usually gets my fat percentage right up there. 
To my knowlege tomatoes are acceptable under the other veggie list. Tomatoes are goooooodd.
