Congrats glitch!! I'm on day 6, and it's been really hard. Pat yourself on the back for getting through the first week.

Do you measure your body fat? I have one of those scales that measure both pounds and body fat (supposedly) and when I started I was 36% and now I'm 37%, which means I'm either dehydrated, or I'm gaining fat, but I've lost 4 pounds. Not sure what that means.

Congratulations on your loss so far Glitch

I wonder what your 14 day results will be like??
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
