  • Made it through week one of induction!!!

I am so excited. I made it through week one!!! I always fell off before this point, so I'm so excited to be at this point. I can do this!!!!

I have lost a grand total of...7 pounds in seven days! That's absolutely amazing! I have never lost that much before and it's b/c I am drinking 100 oz a day of water!

Well, I just had to share my good news with all of my pals here at ADBB. I owe it to you. Thanks for all the support! You guys rock my socks!

Congrats on making it through the worst of it. The first week of anything new is going to be tricky.

    Well done.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I tend to obsess about the inches, so I'm going to check at 2 weeks. I don't know why, but I freak out if the tape doesn't change too much. 2 weeks shows a more drastic change, so I wait for that. I will measure and post them at my "I made it through 2 weeks!, thread

Yay for you! Congratulations! The first week is the very hardest (IMO) so you should do great on week 2. And you have all those lost inches to look forward to.

It's kind of fun, months down the road, when you've lost a whackload more, to look back and remember how exciting that first weigh-in was!

Nice job. You can do this. Really impressed by your recognition of places in your life where you obsess and making mature choices. Thats really going to help you get a handle on behaviors that don't nuture your spirit.
