how do you make yours and do you eat the bones.
I de-bone the little guys and add vinegar and oregano and a dash of garlic powder, I love this sometimes I mash it up with celery...

But now I mash them and eat them wrapped in lettuce leaf or on celery ,If you mash them to almost puree you wont get any bones
