  • On day day 6

    Hello all!

I am on day six of the Induction and just out of curiosity I stepped on the scale this morning ------- 8lbs have left my body!!! WoooHOOO!! I get to change my "current weight"!! YIPEE!

This has been so easy for me to follow. I am excercising everyday and drinking 125oz (sometimes more) of water daily. I don't feel hungry and I have more energy than I have had in years!

I sure would like to see the 200lb mark before my trip to Disney World in May!! That would be so awsome! Do you think that it is possible?

I am 35 years old and I think I am finally GETTING IT!! I have tried other "diets" and have failed but I dont think I ever really truely understood the effects of food on your body and the great benefits of water intake and excercise!

    I am so excited!!!

That's great news! I think if you continue to do this well with sticking to the plan, it's certainly possible to be at 200 by May. Good luck!

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

That would be 10 pounds a month or 2 pounds a week, very possible and healthy ..

            Congrats on your loss
