    i'm a huge fresh asparagus and green bean fan. if you roast green beans in olive oil with salt and pepper for about 20 minutes they get sorta sweet and crispy. i love 'em (just as long as they're not from a can - blech).

        Im a huge fan of celery, but make a mean 3 egg omlet with spinach, peppers, and cheese in it.
