What can I snack on and as much as I want through out the day ?? Im not usually a snack person But I have a feeling Im going to to want to munch on something between my main meals

I cut chicken breasts into small strips and season them well, then i grill them on the pan and bring them with me in a little box....

When choosing a snack, think in terms of combining a protein with a fat. It'll satisfy you quicker and sustain you longer.
Think chicken strips with some ranch or blue cheese dressing to dip them in. A piece of cheese wrapped in a piece of deli meat. Devilled eggs.
Chop some pepperoni/celery/cheese/radish into small cubes and snack on a bowl of that.
Dr. A. says if your hungry eat...Low Carb of course
some suggestions:
10 green olives
10 black olives
celery w/cream cheese in it or tuna, shrimp, chicken, egg salad stuffed in it
of course a hard boiled egg or deviled egg
some bacon strips
some sausage strips
cheese 2-3 ounces per day limit on induction though
pepperoni chip (you can microwave them too)
Protein... a chicken drumstick...slices of any meat you had for dinner...
