  • Its Day 14

Day 14 of Induction. I feel great. I do not have the midafternoon slump. And I noticed today, I didnt come home and look for a snack when I walked in the door. I still have troubles at night with wanting something to munch on but Im using that time for cheese and veggies mostly (thank you Moochie!) I am going to stay on Induction for at least another week. I had a weird Midweek gain this past week and Im still 1.5 pounds over my lowest during the 2 weeks. So, Im staying with it. My popcorn craving is still killing me when I smell it but at least Ive stopped drooling like Pavlovs dogs

    For the numbers-
weight as of this morning is down to 227.5 from 234.0 Thats 6.5 pounds gone forever.
    the measurments- down 5.5 inches.

*edit- its tuesday, its actually day 15! lmfao. oh well.*

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

If the weather is decent (above 20 degrees, not raining, no 50 mph wind gusts), I walk outside in my neighborhood and jog a bit on my walk. If its crappy outside or its gotten dark, I do some light weights (arms-my personal nemisis ) some yoga, crunches etc. If Im inside and doing the routine there, its typically 30 minutes. Walking, depends on how dark its getting but is at least 30 minutes.

Thanks everyone for the kinda words. I am going to make an appointment with my DANDR and read again about going up to the veggie rung. Ive not gotten bored yet so thats a plus.
