    Morning sweats and shakes...

This must be the "Induction flu" I have heard of... I woke at 5:30 this am soaking and shaking like crazy! Got up and made myself an omlet with bacon and peppers and it still took ahwile to kick in. I went and did my aerobics and pilates and home for lunch, feel better now... I am on day 3 (cheat-free) and have lost 2lbs. Water I am sure... I am so ready for the post baby flab to be GONE for good! I am headed over to do my "intoduction" so I hope to meet many of you and get more motivated to keep on keepin on! I know I can do this!!!

Are you eating enough carbs, fats and proteins for your evening meal?

Please feel free to post a menu in the Review My Menu forum if you want some feedback.

Pre-Atkins, when I had a low blood sugar episode, I would sweat and shake...I'd call it 'getting the jelly-legs' because they felt so weak. This happens if I go too long without eating. I don't wake up that way, but oh man, I'm sure ready for breakfast when I get up!

If this continues beyond the two weeks, by all means, go see your doctor.
