Hello ..i am new to this, and started Atkins a little over 2 weeks ago. The first week i lost 4#, the second week i lost 3#...YIKES!!!!!!! today i stepped on the scale and i have gained 5#...what is up with that. I have been following the book...doing a clean induction, not eating over my carb level...i just dont' get it.
If anyone can give me some insight i would be so greatful.

Our weight is affected by all kinds of things, water retention, that TOM, etc. But the tape measure doesn't lie!!! Also, you might want to check your menus and see if your taking in a lot of sodium and therefore retaining extra water weight.
