Hey everyone
, ive been reading this board a couple of days before i started my induction (4 days ago) and thought id join and ask a couple questions and get a little more support along the way.. Im from scotland and im 21. I have a little boy whos nearly 1 and im finding the whole experience very interesting as iv never before explored this way of eating.. I do however have a couple questions that id be really grateful if some of yall could help with. First off i see quite a few people posting that they eat sausages on induction... i havent eaten any as i remember hearing from somewhere that these are illegal on induction??
is it a specific type or? Also i see that you have ranch dressing and other types of salad dressing with your veggies, ive stuck to just mayo as im too scared that id pick the wrong one or that its a brand that you guys in the states only get... Also has anyone from the uk found a jello that isnt sweetened with aspartame?
lol im sorry for the long post and all the questions what can i say im just hungry for knowledge - which makes a change from hungry for chips!
thanks!
