  • Induction Kiev?

I was just thinking, if you made up butter, a little parsley and some garlic and made a pocket in a chicken breast and baked this would be a lot like chicken kiev but obviously without the breadcrumbs.. not a genius idea i know but something i hadnt even thought of and thought id mention it!

I think that would be spot on for induction.. anyone confirm for me?

If your ingredients are Induction 'legal' and you stay with the Induction limits when you eat the food, then it's okay for Induction.

My sister gave me this idea - mix the herbs in some cream cheese, and stuff that in the chicken breast...coat it in egg and grated parmesan and bake it! Sounds good, doesn't it? I stuff chicken breasts but I haven't tried that yet.
I've done cordon bleu Moochie style with spinach, ham and whatever cheese I have on hand with that same coating..oh man...so good!
